Walking through the streets of New York City, we realized something was missing. On one side, you’ll find a classic bagel shop. On the other, a slice of New York pizza. But your go-to New York pizza bagel was nowhere to be found.
That’s when we realized no one had ever brought a gourmet pizza bagel to life at scale.
We take the best of New York bagels, make our own homemade, delicious sauce, and use fresh ingredients to create an iconic pizza bagel.
Our Story
Alyssa is a graduate of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and has a product management background in the finance industry. She loves running, traveling whenever she gets the chance, and trying out a new dinner recipe each week.
Ellie holds degrees from the University of Michigan School of Information and the Culinary Institute of America. She works as a technology consultant and loves to play pickleball, try new restaurants, and go for long walks along the West Side Highway.
